“Carnivale”

Planning has already begun for our 4th Annual St. Angela Merici Cougar Celebration Dinner & Auction Fundraiser. Our mission is to enrich the spiritual and academic lives of our students by ultimately preparing them for their role as respectful, responsible, and productive members of our community. Your gift will help support our educational programs such as the Technology and Science Labs and the Art Masters Program.

 Volunteers and Donors Needed!

We ask for your support by donating items for our silent and live auctions on the night of the event. No item is too small. Sporting event tickets, vacation rentals, trips, restaurant gift certificates, theater tickets, spa certificates, art, jewelry, electronics, sports memorabilia, professional services, fine wine, whatever you can think of!! If you think your donation is small we can always combine it with something else to create a great auction basket! So please don’t hesitate! Please complete the form on the left and send it in to the School Office.

Event Set-Up – 8:00am – 2:30pm

 Saturday November 12th

Auction Item Transport – 9:00-10:30am      Security – Noon – 4:00pm      Auction Set-Up – 1:30pm-4:00pm
Retail Products – 4:00pm-7:30pm      Concierge/Greeter – 4:30pm-7:30pm      Drink Tickets – Shifts vary
Golden Ticket – 4:30pm – 8:00pm      Heads or Tails – 4:30pm-8:30pm      Auction Bundlers / Checkout
Reception/Check-In – 4:30pm-7:30pm     Bar Transport / Cleanup      Runners for Auction

If you have an alumni from SAM that is able to help us please have them sign up as well. This opportunity will help with their service hours. WE LOVE OUR ALUMNI!
