Campus Ministry

The prayer life of a community needs to reflect the life, concerns, and values of that community. St.Angela Merici Parish School is proud of its growing Campus Ministry Team who takes on the responsibility of planning all liturgies and prayer services so that these celebrations will reflect the life and values of the St. Angela community.

They select music, choose readings, prepare petitions, and plan and implement special rites and symbols to enhance the experience of the community. They also invite fellow students to become involved by reading, serving, or participating in special rites. They constantly consider who we are and what we do so that our celebrations are truly an expression of the identity of the growing faith community of St. Angela Merici Parish School.

Mrs. Kara VanDyk and Mrs. Melanie Harner head the Campus Ministry team, which consists of over 30 students. The team is also grateful to Mr. Roy LoPorto and Mrs. Glidewell who regularly helps in setting up technical equipment for special celebrations and activities and Mrs. Nancy Peralta and Mrs. Vanessa Halliday who regularly see to the basic set up of chairs, stage, altar, and sound system.
