Yearbook & Ads On Sale

This year’s yearbook and ad sales are done entirely online, saving you the hassle of paperwork and checks! Yearbook orders must be completed by February 28th and ads must be completed by February 16th. Full-page ads are reserved for 8th graders, and half-page ads are available for all students.

 

For all yearbook related purchases, visit this LINK. Detailed flyers with instructions for creating your ads and purchasing yearbooks are also available for viewing on Sycamore.

 

Catholic Schools Week

Sunday, January 28th

 

Open House is just days away! On Sunday, January 28th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, our campus will be open to the public.

 

We invite you to attend and explore our campus: you can view your child’s work, visit their classrooms, chat with teachers and administration, and watch exciting showcases that we have in store!

 

Student-Led Tours will be held from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Taco Man will be serving lunch from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

 

Monday, January 29th

This day is dedicated to celebrating our students! There will be a Spirit Rally in the gym at 1:15 PM. Students may wear casual (free)  dress.

 

 

Tuesday, January 30th

Tuesday will be spent showing our thank you’s to our own community. Our students will be all around the city of Brea:

  • TK and Kinder will be at the Rectory
  • 1st and 2nd Grade will be at the Church
  • 3rd and 4th Grade will be at the Boys and Girls Club
  • 5th and 6th Grade will be at the Museum
  • 7th and 8th will be at the Community Center
  • Student Council will be at the Civic Center
  • Green Team will be cleaning up a park

 

Wednesday, January 31st

We are celebrating our nation on this day! There will be an all school lunch with a Nation Ball Tournament. Student Council will be selling Red Cows. Students are encouraged to wear red, white and blue.

 

Thursday, February 1st

On Thursday, it’s all about celebrating vocations. Students may come to school dressed up as what they would like to be when they grow up. All grades will hear from guest speakers about their job.

 

Friday, February 2nd

On Friday we celebrate our faculty, staff and volunteers! Students with a jean pass may wear jeans with any SAM shirt; NO free dress pass may be used on this day.

 

Donuts with Dad will be held before school and an all lunch with the Taco Man will be at 12:00-1:00. The Talent Show will take place afterwards in the gym.

 

 

Sunday, February 4th

There will be a 9:30 AM Eucharist with Bishop Vann. We ask that all students who are participating in the Eucharist wear formal attire.

Casino Night

 

Casino Night tickets are now on sale in the Front Office! You can buy your tickets ahead of time or purchase them at the door on the night of the event. Tickets are $40 for casino entry and $60 for poker entry.

 

Casino Night will be on Friday, February 2nd, starting at 6:00 PM with dinner and gambling to follow. Don’t miss it!

 

 

 

 

Washington DC

Raffle Tickets

 

Every family must sell two $200 Washington DC Raffle Tickets. If you have not already, please pick up your tickets in the Front Office.

 

Turn your money and ticket stubs back into the Front Office by February 2nd.

 

 

Financial Aid Announcement

Financial Aid applications are currently being accepted for the 2018-2019 school year through the FACTs Grant and Aid application process. Applications and all required documents must be uploaded, verified and received by FACTs by May 1st, 2018.

 

Financial aid applications submitted without all required documents by the May 1st, 2018 deadline WILL NOT be considered for financial aid. In order to give families enough time to make enrollment decisions for the 2018-2019 school, based on financial aid awards, these dates will not be extended.

 

Plan accordingly and apply as soon as possible.
