Spelling Bee Results

Today was our Middle School Spelling Bee and we are excited to announce that Nicole P. of 7th grade won! Connor R. of 8th grade came in 2nd place and Isaiah B. of 8th grade came in 3rd. Congratulations to all of our participants!


Nicole will be advancing to the district competition at the Orange County Department of Education on February 26th. 


We would like to thank BJ’s Restaurant and Nothing Bundt Cakes for their donations to the Spelling Bee!


Yearbook & Ads On Sale

This year’s yearbook and ad sales are done entirely online, allowing you to turn in everything with ease! Yearbook orders must be completed by February 28th and ads must be completed by February 16th. Full-page ads are reserved for 8th graders, and half-page ads are available for all students.


For all yearbook related purchases, visit this LINK. Detailed flyers with instructions for creating your ads and purchasing yearbooks are also available for viewing on Sycamore.


Catholic Schools Week

Open House


Open House is right around the corner! On Sunday, January 28th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, our campus will be open to the public.


We invite you to attend and explore our campus: you can view your child’s work, visit their classrooms, chat with teachers and administration, and watch exciting showcases that we have in store!


Student-Led Tours will be held from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Taco Man will be serving lunch from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.


We encourage you to share the Open House event page on Facebook and click “going” if you will be attending. Share it with your friends!


Sign-Up’s for Mass

Our Open House Mass will be on February 4th at 9:30 AM, the Sunday following the end of Catholic Schools Week, as Bishop Vann will be presiding.

Career Day

Career Day will be Thursday, February 1st. Thank you to those parents who have signed up to come speak to our students! If you are still interested, please contact Mrs. Halliday (" >).



Talent Show

The annual Talent Show will be held on the last weekday of Catholic Schools Week: Friday, February 2nd at 1:00 PM in the Boys and Girls Club Gym.

Donuts with Dad

We will be celebrating the dads of St. Angela’s on Friday, February 2nd, with donuts! Join us in the Parish Hall from 7:15-7:55 AM.


If dad is unable to join, feel free to bring an uncle, grandfather or someone special.

Volunteers Needed for Book Fair


Christina Sikes is gathering a team of enthusiastic, creative and talented volunteers to help out at our upcoming Scholastic Book Fair, and we would like to invite you to help out.

2018-2019 Enrollment for Siblings


All current families who have siblings interested in the 2018-2019 school year need to pick up a registration packet on or before our January 28th Open House.


Paperwork must be turned into the office by February 16th to schedule the campus assessment on February 26th. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Johnson at (714) 529-6372.

Casino Night


Casino Night tickets are now on sale in the Front Office! You can buy your tickets ahead of time or purchase them at the door on the night of the event. Tickets are $40 for casino entry and $60 for poker entry.


Casino Night will be on Friday, February 2nd, starting at 6:00 PM with dinner and gambling to follow. Don’t miss it!





Washington DC

Raffle Tickets


Every family must sell two $200 Washington DC Raffle Tickets. If you have not already, please pick up your tickets in the Front Office.


Turn your money and ticket stubs back into the Front Office by February 2nd.



Financial Aid Announcement

Financial Aid applications are currently being accepted for the 2018-2019 school year through the FACTs Grant and Aid application process. Applications and all required documents must be uploaded, verified and received by FACTs by May 1st, 2018.


Financial aid applications submitted without all required documents by the May 1st, 2018 deadline WILL NOT be considered for financial aid. In order to give families enough time to make enrollment decisions for the 2018-2019 school, based on financial aid awards, these dates will not be extended.


Plan accordingly and apply as soon as possible.
