- The $400 registration fee is due April 7th, 2017

Financial Aid applications are currently being accepted for the 2017-2018 school year through the FACTs Grant and Aid application process. Applications and all required documents must be uploaded to FACTs by May 1st, 2017. Any financial aid application submitted without all required documents upload to FACTs by the May 1st, 2017 deadline will not be considered for financial aid. It takes a minimum of two weeks for FACTs to analyze applications and documents. In order to give families enough time to make enrollment decisions for the 2017-2018 school year based on financial aid awards, these dates will not be extended. Please plan accordingly and apply as soon as possible.
We have an additional way you can earn more profit toward your Cougar Cash account. Escrip has partnered with a mobile app called
Benefit. The Benefit app allows you to buy and redeem gift cards instantly right from your phone. It’s quick! It’s easy! And it’s exact – you can enter the exact amount of your bill. No small balances left over. This program is to be used secondary to our Great Lakes Scrip Center program as there are fewer retailers and the percentages aren’t as high. But you have the option of paying with a credit card.
If you find yourself at a store or restaurant and you didn’t buy scrip for it or they do not have ScripNow, check the Benefit mobile app and see if they have what you are looking for. Please pick up a packet at the tables for more information and instructions on how to sign up.
We are looking for a replacement for our Cougar Cash Coordinator. Enjoy the comfort of a 2 year shadowing process in which you will shadow our coordinator for a year, then she will shadow you the following year. The only way to receive this peace of mind is to sign up now. Don’t think you can do it alone? No problem! This job can be filled by 2 people. Divide up the responsibilities to make it more manageable. Please think about helping with this wonderful program that makes money for the school without having to spend any more than you normally do. Please think about it and see Robin Biederstadt with any questions or for more details.
The Scholastic Book Fair will be in our Library starting

Parents have the opportunity of volunteering in the Book Fair. Help is required in the processes of setting up and taking down the Fair, with many slots available for both. If you would like to volunteer, visit the Volunteer Homepage.

On Sunday, March 26th, we will begin our Parish and Parish School Lenten Mission. Father Eamon O’Gorman, is well known for his prayerful and insightful spiritual and scriptural guidance and direction. Father Eamon has led many retreats including the Days of Reflection for the Priests of the Diocese of Orange. Father Eamon is familiar to many at Saint Angela Merici and has visited us on many occasions for various gatherings, events, and religious services. He will guide us spiritually by sharing his homily at all the masses on Sunday, March 26th as well as on Monday, March 27th and Tuesday, March 28th at 7:00 PM in the Church. Hospitality will follow in the plaza.
Sunday, March 26th is also Laetare Sunday. Confessions will be heard after all the masses. What a wonderful way to begin our Lenten Parish Mission! Plan on renewing yourself and receive the graces God wants to give to you this Lent by receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation next Sunday after mass and receive the blessings of God at our Parish and Parish School Lenten Mission on Monday, March 27th and Tuesday, March 28th.
Sunday, March 26th is also our Parish-Parish School Family Eucharist at 9:30 AM. Celebrate with us this Lenten Time as a School Family and join us for this family gathering. We will be doing a “special” Family Lenten ritual during mass.
