Beginning next Wednesday with Ash Wednesday, the season of Lent will be upon us. As a Catholic community, we spend forty days preparing ourselves for the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The most famous way we celebrate Lent is by giving something up for forty days.

This Lenten season, we are challenging our students and school community to go further with 40Acts. 40Acts is a challenge created by a UK Christian charity centered around the question, “What if Lent could be about more than just giving stuff up?”. It involves committing 40 acts of kindness each day of Lent, and the organization provides each participant with a task every morning. As a school, we will be participating in this challenge beginning next Wednesday.

On March 1st, Ash Wednesday, Lent begins. Are you up for the challenge?

Financial Aid applications are currently being accepted for the 2017-2018 school year through the FACTs Grant and Aid application process. Applications and all required documents must be uploaded to FACTs by May 1st, 2017. Any financial aid application submitted without all required documents upload to FACTs by the May 1st, 2017 deadline will not be considered for financial aid. It takes a minimum of two weeks for FACTs to analyze applications and documents. In order to give families enough time to make enrollment decisions for the 2017-2018 school year based on financial aid awards, these dates will not be extended. Please plan accordingly and apply as soon as possible.
