We need your child’s participation in our upcoming School-Parish Eucharist! The Eucharist will be taking place this Sunday, December 4th, at 9:30 AM. Please encourage your students to sign up; they can volunteer to read, choir, usher and more. Visit this link to see the remaining available positions.
In order to continue one of our most successful school fundraisers, we are looking for some Booth Chairs as well as some Booth Chair Shadows for our 2017 Summerfest. Shadows work alongside the Booth Chair for one year, then take over that area for the next year’s Summerfest. Some of these Chairs will be leaving the school as their last child graduates, so new Chairs are in high demand!
We are looking for new Chairs in the following areas…
–2 Food Chairs to shadow Wayne Carvahlo and Adrian Lugo
–Chicken Bowl Booth to shadow Brad Halderman
–Event Chair to shadow Melinda Ganahl (this position does not require previous Summerfest Booth Chairing)
–Sponsorship: Melissa Williams is looking for one to two people to take over sponsorship
–Pre-Ride Sale Tickets: This is one of the jobs where you can get all your hours in prior to the event so you can enjoy the weekend with your kids!

Mark your calendars! Children in the 5th to 8th grade are welcomed to attend the Church’s Altar Server Training!
The child and a parent are required to attend the first session on January 28th. Parents will be dismissed after the 30-minute introduction and review of the program. Your child is required to attend three of the four remaining sessions.
The training dates for 2017 are as follows:

Saturday, 2/04 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday, 2/11 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Saturday, 2/25 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday, 2/26 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
