St. Angela student Jenna M. demonstrated her mastery of chemistry by competing in and winning the California You-Be-The-Chemist Competition. The 7th grader won her school competition for the second year in a row, and came in first at the California State Competition that was held in Orange County, beating out other talented middle schoolers from across the state.
By winning the state competition, Jenna was invited to the National Championship in Philadelphia, PA. In this competition, she faced the top students from around the county. Jenna again did an outstanding job, finishing in the top 39 out of over 50,000 competitors. Congratulations Jenna!
