Faith, Knowledge and Service: In Our Vocations

Dress for Students-  What do I want to be when I grow up

By focusing on faith, knowledge and service, Catholic schools prepare children to use
their God-given talents to the fullest later in life. National Catholic Schools Week offers
an opportunity for students to explore the many life paths that enable them to use their
talents well—by answering the call to a religious vocation, by volunteering in church activities
and charities, or by pursuing a career that makes the world a better place.

Children’s Prayer for Vocations (Broadcast)
God,
thank you for loving me. In Baptism you called me by name to live as your child. Help all
your people to know their call in life. For your greater glory, raise up generous leaders to serve as
priests, deacons, sisters and brothers. Amen.
