A LENTEN MESSAGE FROM BISHOP KEVIN VANN
At Santa Margarita Catholic High School Mass on Ash Wednesday
February 13, 2013
Let us pray that this time of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, may be a time of growth in Faith and confidence in the presence of Christ among us daily. May our journey of Faith, as the Diocese of Orange in this time of “For Christ Forever”, be a time in which our Faith shines to the world around us, and “reflects the divine light – like crystals” [the last phrase taken from the Decree of Pope Benedict XVI which appointed me to Orange].
