Our Mission Statement
St. Angela Merici Parish School is an integral part of the Catholic Church’s mission to proclaim the Gospel, build community, celebrate through worship and serve others. We welcome all students and encourage parent participation in support of providing a well-rounded holistic educational experience, which prepares students for high school and responsible participation in the Catholic Church and community.
We believe that every student can achieve excellence through the discovery and use of their gifts and talents. Our mission is to develop faith filled active Catholics who are life long learners, effective communicators, responsible citizens, quality producers and integrated individuals.

Welcome to St. Angela Merici Parish School!
We have the distinct honor and privilege of being the principal and vice principal at St. Angela Merici Parish School.
St. Angela School is a WASC accredited Catholic TK through 8th grade school located in Brea, California. We provide a Catholic education that focuses on academic excellence and spiritual guidance with highly qualified teachers in a safe, structured parish community. Our wonderful team of teachers use effective instructional methods to excite students about core curriculum in a way that meets the needs of every student.
One of the things we feel, and continue to experience, is the sense of a family-like community that is part of our parish school. Our community incorporates our motto of reverence, respect and responsibility in everything we do. Our Catholic faith is intertwined in all that we teach. We expect our students to be faith-filled, life-long Catholic learners while they are here and after they graduate.
